«Nice place with a great location — easy access to Sequoia and a quiet spot up in the mountains. The house is roomy and comfortable, with good outdoor space and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the view. The hot tub was a nice bonus after long days out. Check-in was smooth and James was easy to communicate with. Would stay again.»

«Mark’s place was clean and beautiful. We only stayed 1 night then moved on to Yosemite. I wish we had booked his place for 2 nights. Beds were super comfy, View was beautiful. Mark was very responsive. 5 stars!! Would def come back again if out this way!»

«There were several issues with this property. The main issue was that it was 105 degrees when we were there and the AC in the main bedroom did not work. This made it unbearable. The other issues I had were that the front door lock did not work properly. The door opened from the outside with the key but would not open from the inside to let you out. «This was the worst property that I stayed at in Three Rivers. I was so dirty that we did not feel comfortable staying at the location. The owner acknowledged that the property was not clean. But then also had a reason for everything every pic I sent of things not properly being cleaned. In the end cleanliness was 100% my issue compared to what I paid.
