«Staff wasn’t very friendly. Over priced for a crappy hotel. It seemed as if the hotel didn’t have but a handful of clients. I arrived early and was over charged for an early check in fee. That’s really bad bc it wasn’t like they had to go clean the room quickly! The room had a musty odder. Small tv. The sheets were stained. Crappy small bathroom towels. I had to ask for extra pillows bc they only gave two for a king bed. It took about 10 minutes for the water to get hot enough for a shower. I ...

«Everything was great, from the staff to the breakfast. We loved the area and all the nearby restaurants. Everything was clean. My only two, very small complaints, are that they told us breakfast went until 10am but they shut it down every morning just before 9:30am; and the gate to exit the property malfunctioned multiple times. «My only observation was breakfast. The line was long and very slow and the food almost gone , even though still early (around 7:30), so by the time we got to be served there was not much variety of food and we could only choose one kind of drink, if I wanted juice I couldn’t have a coffee afterwards. But other than that everything was perfect. Staff were very nice and friendly. The shuttle’s crew very polite and on time every time.»
