«There was no water pressure. The shower had hair in it when we arrived. The toilet rocked, it was not anchored to the floor correctly. The A/C would not go below 75°, I had it set to 60°. The breakfast was horrible. The only thing that was satisfactory was the staff. They were very nice and accommodating.»
