«if you like to be up late past 10 this is not the best place for you , you can’t be in the kitchen 😂, in the pool, no living room basically if you wanna breath this is not the best option, make sure you book a room that as a parking spot if not your walking at least 15 mins if not more IF YOU DONT NOT LIKE TO WALK THIS IS NOT A PLACE DOR YOUUUU easily 15 rooms in the house so if you wanna be by your self also don’t book this other than that our stay was pretty good»

«It’s an amazing place! A historic house in an excellent location with everything you need inside. It doesn’t have a stove, but it has a microwave. Free parking, a supermarket nearby, and a beautiful park with a swan lake just a few steps away. Everything is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is modern. We want to come back.»

«The guesthouse was clean and comfortable. The location is great. Just a short walk from restaurants, bars and shops as well as Lake Monroe. The hosts were wonderful. Had a small hiccup with the refrigerator and Jose had it dealt with quickly. Will stay here again if in this area. Highly recommend this guesthouse.»

«The property itself is genuinely beautiful, but that is where the positives end. The listing advertised a waterfront view — the lake was completely dried out and had clearly been that way for some time. The unit had a severe odor upon arrival, consistent with mold or sewage, which was never fully resolved during my stay. «The rooms are awesome. It's a queen suite and has everything I needed down to dishes. I WILL stay here again when coming to the beach ⛱️. The room doors have a code and not a card to have to keep up with. If you are like me I lay the card down and forget about it and run to the car and now I'm locked out. Here it's a code and I like that a lot. The rooms are very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Hell, I could live here.»
