«The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. »

«The ONLY thing that would have made this place better would be a better view in the pool area. I didn’t like seeing the shirtless old guy next door peeping while in our bikinis, (it was just a weird vibe); so ultimately I left and got another place. «The house is nice and quite beautiful, well located. The only downside is the lack of a garage space. Actually, there is, but there are very few spaces considering the number of bedrooms and guests the house accommodates. So if you don't have a space in the garage, you'll need to park in the condominium parking lot, which is considerably far from the house, and you'll have to walk there and back.»

«I'll admit I was a little apprehensive about our stay being that it's "communal" but it was a great experience. Everyone we crossed paths with was very pleasant and I love how everything is organized and rules are everywhere. Parking was not an issue like mentioned, you just have to communicate with one another. The area was nice and quiet, our bedroom was clean and the beds were comfy! Thank you for having us!»

"Hotellet fremstår fint og sjarmerende på bilder og lobbyen er faktisk fin. Resten av hotellet er veldig slitt og litt skittent. Veldig lite fristende å sove i sengene eller i det hele tatt å ta av seg skoene. Frokosten hadde ingen sunne alternativer. Betjeningen ved innsjekk smilte ikke og ønsket oss ikke velkommen, så en dårlig start allerede det. "

"We had some piping issues that made me crazy, but we eventually got upgraded to a better room. I appreciated that. Nice hotel otherwise. Breakfast included (typical American breakfast, I believe). If you want your sandwiches with ham and cheese, then it’s not the place, but I appreciate that there was an offer at all. Good shuttle bus connection to the Disney parks. "
