«Great stay. I'm from the area but had friends visiting from out of town. This was a great location only a quick walk to Michigan Avenue and 15 minutes from the loop. The apartment was spacious, and I appreciated having disney plus/netflix signed into the TV. The check-in and check-out was really easy with an accompanying video and easy lockbox location. «Great location and amenities. Unfortunately there is no insulation between floors and there was a very loud group above us one of the nights and it was quite disturbing. I don’t think it was a party, but they were speaking very loudly. I did notify management but honestly I don’t think the group was having a party, it’s just that the lack of insulation is problematic. Be aware that one of the bedrooms does not have a full wall so noises from the living area can be clearly heard in that bedroom.  ...

«The apartment was nice and well equipped. The location was convenient. Two things keep this from being a 5-star review. First, there is only one key fob provided to enter the build, elevator, and apartment. This makes it difficult for a group who wants to divide up to come and go. If your party wants to do different things, you will have to plan around the single fob. Second, the smoke detector in the adjacent unit chirped every 60 seconds the duration of our stay.
