1st time renting on Vrbo and it was the worst experience you could have ! Messaged the host that there was no heat and was replied to be mindful of the noise (this was 6 pm on a Friday) never got the heat figured out , it was extremely cold and they didn’t bother to check on it if it started working , however we were messaged multiple times that we were too loud. They knew we had 4 children , none of which were running around screaming, no music just adults having conversations. At one point we tried to play a family game and was told we needed to go out for the night instead of hanging out at the house. Keep in mind there was only street parking and a very little amount of that, the thought of hauling kids blocks in the dark was not ideal. We woke on the morning to find they had canceled the rest of our stay , very frustrating on Valentine’s Day to find another place for multiple people although so happy we did because our next night was a completely different experience!I would say if you have children or like to talk this is not the place for you , in fact they should reconsider renting out ! Also beware of the dog poop in the grass in front of the house , it was disgusting !
