Girls Trip
We had a girls trip over Memorial Day weekend. The condo was absolutely amazing. We had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and our view of the ocean was spectacular.

Clean, cute decor, comfortable indoor furniture, plenty of dishes pans etc. Nice bath towels. Beach chairs were excellent. Loved the view of the pool and beach. A couple of throws would have been nice so we could sit outside in the cool evening. Felt safe, door was secure. Con's: the bed was a nightmare, plastic mattress cover with thin cheap sheets, like sleeping on a sweaty slip and slide. Sheets did not stay on. No coffee filters, only salt and pepper for seasoning, no baggies, foil, plastic wrap and one small plastic container. Beach towels were thin and worn. Deck furniture was poor. No books puzzles or games. (We left some for the next guests and the coffee filters) WE WILL NOT RETURN BECAUSE OF THE BED! Definitely not my normal VRBO experience!

Perfectly Stress Free
The condo was very clean - beds comfortable. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly. The pool was awesome! The ocean was literally right over the pool deck railing. We were worried about our balcony being directly above the pool, but no noise. The condo sliding doors are ridiculously sound proof. We loved it!

We had a great time! The condo was as pictured, clean and love the decor. The property was in a great location. Love that it was right across the street from the grocery store too. Pool was nice and property was well maintained but we spent most our time at the beach which was beautiful!

Quiet location
Views were great from the second floor, and it was nice to have the pool and beach so close. The property was quiet, aside from the occasional dog barking, as it is a dog friendly condo building. Traveled with a child under 2 so it was also nice that a pack and play was provided, and the property manager came right away with a replacement when we found an issue with the first one. Overall enjoyed our stay!

Nice Condo with great views
Condo was as advertised and had everything we needed for our stay . Unfortunately construction on the sea wall was still in progress but we were warned about it . When that is done it will be so much nicer. Would have liked the pool to be heated and that this property had a hot tub but enjoyed the beautiful view from the condo balcony. Yea

Absolutely Amazing!
We loved this condo and the entire complex! The pool and the beach were so close and made it so easy to access! The condo was EXACTLY as pictured! Peaceful, Relaxing and Quiet! Just a short drive to shops and restaurants. I will definitely be booking again and have already told my friends to do the same! The owners were very attentive and responsive! There is not a single negative thing I could say about the entire property!

It was everything!
This property could not have been more perfect for what we wanted. It’s closeness to the ocean was amazing. The pool was fabulous, as were all of the staff on premises. The condo itself was clean, homey and had all that we needed. I loved the layout with bedrooms on one side and kitchen/dining/living on the other. I also could not have been happier showing up to find the closeness of the condo to elevator and laundry. I spoke to the owners several times and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. It was a lovely week and everything that we had hoped it would be.

Paradise is right!
This condo and its phenomenal views and oceans proximity is fantastic. I just left yesterday and can't wait to go back. The interior was super clean, paint and furnishings beautiful and comfortable. Everything was well-stocked and far better than what I usually find in a rental property. We absolutely loved it!

It was ok
The condo was ok.... the decor was really cool, and the size was great. But, there wasn’t comfortable seating in the living room, nor enough for 4 people, and the bedroom by the deck, had no en-suite. There wasn’t a true master. The guest room had an entrance to a bathroom, but the condo itself is laid out kind of odd. And then the pics made it look like the pool was further away than it is, but you’re pretty much right on top of it. But once you shut the deck door, you can’t hear too much noise. It was quiet at night There was only 1 good coffee cup, so my mother and sister “argued” over it. There isn’t really a beach to speak of, just enough for a quick walk. You can’t put chairs or a canopy out there at all. We had construction going on right next door, so were unable to carry on a conversation at times. We ended up leaving a day early. And mainly given how close the condo is to the water, and the difficulty in just getting to it, And the fact that you can’t put beach chairs out there, I probably would not stay here again.

Great place to stay right on the beach.
Couldn’t get any closer to the beach. Walk way and shower/rinse off area from pool straight to the beach. Not crowded on the beach at all. Only a few steps from the pool to the ocean. Lots of shells for any lookers. Condo was clean and roomy. Didn’t have much extras in kitchen as far as spices or paper products, etc, but could be due to Covid. Beds in each room are big and comfy. All rooms look very nice. They have 2 really nice beach chairs, boogie boards and a small cooler. Publix and Dollar General are literally across the street for anything you need. The deck is nice with a table and chairs. You are right above the pool and there is a great view of the ocean. You can also set on the pool deck for a great ocean view.

The condo’s bedrooms are very nice, but not very separate from each other. The bedroom with the attached bath is located on the road-side of the building rather than the ocean side. The kitchen is nice and clean, but sparsely equipped and It could use new dish towels. The building is very close to a grocery store but not close to ‘fun’ activities.. The only negative to us was no in-condo laundry. There were pay machines, though. The owners answered any questions immediately and the building manager came right up to look at the slider’s screen that was pushed out. Very nice heated pool, but no hot tub. It would have been nice to have a booklet with information about the area, building rules, dog rules, etc.

Breath Taking BUT Deceiving
Me and my family stayed from June 30th departed on the 6th of July 2019 first of all my wife has heart problems and when we saw the air unite said not to lower it below 72 that was gonna be a problem 2nd of all a $500.00 fine if your unite has a lite on at dust without the curtains closed because of something about turtles also no balcony lite on after dusk I mean the whole ideal of having ocean front rental is to see and hear the ocean . Thats why we paid so much to stay there if we were gonna have to abide by all these rules they needed to be up front in wide open view not after you pay or waiting on you when you arrive we have stayed all up and down the Cocoa Beach area and our stay is always around the 1st week of July and we have never had any rules like this oh also everyone has to leave the pool by dusk also..the only way to the pool and beach is through the lobby /front desk that rule also is no dripping on the floor in the lobby how is that possible we have 4 kids. we were on vacation the point is to be out late swim at night and sit on the balcony and relaxing watching and listening to the ocean we felt like we were children again being told when and what we could do.We wait a whole year to vacation then this this place left a bitter taste in our mouth.We will not return.

Great View (over the pool)
Nice place/view BUT........a couple cans of paint and some cleaning product would go a long way at this place; I have pics of the A/C vent that was so filthy that it was black! We had to clean the fan blades to be able to run the fan! The kitchen stunk like rotting fish. I bought baking soda and put it in refrigerator and the freezer and the countertop. There was nasty dried yellow drippings under the refrigerator door(that I cleaned up) I really wish I could post the pics I took—the inside of the front door is horrible!!!! So overall, I would probably stay here again but not in this unit; one night while trying to enjoy the evening on the balcony—we actually got squirted with a water gun from the pool where a family was in after dark(not supposed to be allowed in the pool after dusk) no one follows the pool rules but they are posted-laughable! Ppl having Drinks IN the pool is prevalent but no one says anything! My sister got hit in the head/ear with a pool stick when a kid threw it from one end of the pool to the shallow end where she was floating. I guess no one can help the disrespectfulness of parents not keeping their kids under control though. I really do wish I would have noticed that there have been no reviews of this place posted in 2019........go figure! :( And before anyone says.....why didn’t you call the manager; just what are they going to do about a nasty fish smell for days, nasty walls, dirty vents and fan blades, dried drippings around the refrigerator.....this stuff should already be cleaned before the renter arrives!!!
