Tropical Dreams is tucked in the back of Las Palmas neighborhood. It's a small community of just 14 townhouses with a shared pool and covered rancho area. Situated just a 5-minute walk to two large plazas (Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur) that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, a medical office, and more! Cross the street and you’re on the beach path, just another 1-minute walk to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach. You'll find many, many more restaurants, shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door. You'll love the location and the ambiance of this bright and fun vacation home.
The living and dining spaces are open to the kitchen, and the entire main floor is fresh and bright. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is full of dishes, utensils, small appliances, and pots and pans. The sliding doors open to a back patio with a stacked washer/dryer and a gas BBQ. The main floor has a half bath as well.
Upstairs is a full bathroom (updated in June 2022) and two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a beautiful live-edge headboard, lots of clothes storage, and a private balcony that overlooks the grounds. The second bedroom has a queen bed and stays cool and shaded through the day. All linens are provided ... just pack your bathing suit and toothbrush, and you're set!
The condo's third floor is a gorgeous covered rooftop terrace that looks out over the tropical grounds and hillside behind the property. You can listen to the monkeys in the morning or watch the parrots at sunset. There is a comfy living area plus a table for 4 for dining al fresco or evening card games.
The community pool has lounge chairs and offers both sun and shade throughout the day, thanks to the towering palms that surround it. There is also a covered community rancho area with additional seating for escaping the sun or chatting with fellow travelers and residents.
