Guests can arrive and park in front of the cottage to be greeted by the large screened-in porch, down at the front entrance. This porch has two rockers and a bench swing, a perfect location for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Step inside and a generous living room surrounded by windows features a large flat-screen TV with a Sonos sound bar perfect to catch the game or for family movie nights in. This living room features a queen sleeper sofa to host two more. The renovated kitchen has quartz countertops, all stainless steel appliances, and adjacent bar seating for two more. Just across from the kitchen is a designated dining room that comfortably seats four to six. Double doors from the dining room lead to a rear deck with Adirondack seating for two and an additional deck with outdoor dining for six in the privacy of your generous private backyard. There is a convenient renovated half bath located on this floor for guests.

Up the stairs to the primary king bedroom with ensuite renovated bathroom. This primary suite has its own private, mounted flat-screen TV, two large dressers, and double doors to access your own open-air private porch. The porch features two rockers and a third Adirondack rocker; a perfect escape for an afternoon book or an evening nightcap after a long beach-filled day. The private renovated bathroom features a single vanity with a large counter, plenty of additional storage, and a glass-enclosed tub & shower combination.
Just off the bedroom are stairs that lead to a ship's ladder to access the open-air tower, a favorite of this home. This open-air tower has bar-top Adirondack seating for two and has 360-degree panoramic town and rooftop views as well as a slight gulf view and the most incredible sunsets to watch setting over majestic Seaside and the gulf.
