«We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location made everything easy, and the host was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our visit. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, stress‑free getaway.»

«* Access requires passage through a wooden gate on the East side of the main front house. Upon trying to enter the closed gate, there was no draw string to pull in order to release the latch. One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again. * We decided to utilize the washer unit in the kitchen area. After about five minutes, we discovered about an inch of water ...

«Long overdue review but this place was amazing!! Top tier stay and it had everything we needed and the place was gorgeous especially both outdoor areas! Access was very smooth and well instructed! We especially loved that it had a garage to safely store our cars! Location was also another plus! Right down the street from the local grocery stores, gas, and fast food and very close to wonderful areas such as Brentwood, Santa Monica and it was very affordable for us to uber to our nightlife scenes ...

«Thank you Pam and James for offering your home for a safe stay! It was so nice, clean and way better than any hotel rooms. Amazing experience. Just WOW!!! Highly recommend. We will definately be back when we are back in LA. I give it 10 stars out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️»

«My 3rd time staying there and I’ll return. My favorite place to stay in LA»

«Unique and artsy room, very much in the spirit of "glamping." We originally stayed in Topanga to be close to Malibu at a better rate, but were pleasantly surprised to find Topanga a lot more fun than Malibu, a little gem of a town with great cafes.»

«Good stay. The deck was great for mining’s and evenings with coffee/wine. Nice to be away and somewhere secluded but still have stores and restaurants nearby. Bed was very comfy and cool nights with window open.»

«Good stay overall! The location is amazing and Shaahin is thoughtful & responsive, and the price was great compared to similar places in the area. The AC is a big plus and kitchen is well-stocked. The hosts are still working out some kinks in the place - cleaning wasn’t perfect, dryer not working great, shower handle kept falling off - but actively worked to fix these problems when we brought them up. Would definitely come back.»
