"The floor in our room was dirty. The fridge doesn’t work. you have to move the chair to watch TV and the chair is absolutely disgusting falling apart the bedframe sticks out in the room and every time you get up to go to the bathroom, you crack your leg on it not a very good design the toilet handle ..."

"The hotel and room were very nice and everyone was helpful. I am sensitive to smells and the only complaint I had was the room had a strong smell of cleaning fluid. We had to open the windows and leave the room for a while to air it out."

Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder
"Property is nice and elegant but the AC wasn’t working in part of the hotel. We booked 3 rooms and two of them the AC didn’t work. We were there in June . We asked for two adjoining rooms and they couldn’t accommodate."
