«Room was clean, very close to the beach and shops… parking was a challenge as we had to drive around for a while to get a spot. We had 3 people and a small dog, loved the fact there was a tv in living room and bedroom… so pretty quiet overall but when the people leaving upstairs it sounds like a hundred people were coming in and out… but overall I would definitely stay here again… the price breakdown was the people who run it charge more than the people who own it… still was a good deal for ...

«Excellent location in the heart of Capitola with steps to the Esplanade and beach. Easy check-in with a code to enter the apartment. Very spacious with a large kitchen/living room area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Safe location for me and my 5 granddaughters. We enjoyed the beach, restaurants, live music in the evening and even walked to Santa Cruz and back for breakfast at the Crow’s Nest. Parking was a little challenging. «Cute property but my complaints were, the listing stated a dishwasher and check out instructions mentioned to load dishwasher before leaving but no dishwasher to be found. I notified the host(Janiece, she was prompt and nice otherwise) she aplogized and asked us to wash our own dishes prior to leaving. I did it as a curtesy but I was not happy with that and was asked to load the towels in the washer prior to leaving. Why am i paying a cleaning fee if i have to clean up after myself? I don't mind ...
