«Pros: great location, on-site laundry. owner was responsive except for when we were trying to check in and the key was not where we had been told it would be.Cons: on check in, key was not where it was supposed to be. multiple attempts to contact host were unanswered. We received an answer 2 hours later.The carpet needs to be replaced. Carpeted floors make no sense in a place like this with a climate like this. It's not sanitary.There was only one working space heater in the whole place. We ...

«This hotel checks ALL the boxes: convenient (2 blocks from State St), modern, thoughtfully designed, CLEAN & quiet. We drive a Tesla and were thrilled they had many chargers - free for hotel guests! Casa Jardin will be our first choice next time we visit Santa Barbara. »

«Love the contactless check-in and ability to send a text to the ‘front desk’ and get a response in under a few minutes. We had a last minute change in plans and they were able to accommodate so quickly. For the stay, the room was clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable! If I have give any constructive criticism it would be the size of the TV, it’s so big! Who has time to watch TV when visiting SB?! I would choose to come and reserve again without hesitation.»
