«We had a comfortable 3-night stay in Vail - the condo was clean, and the location was ideal. Owners were responsive, but there were no instructions for the house, so we were left guessing about various things, including check-out process. The TV was quite small and the wifi connection was unstable. It’s also a shame the fireplace did not work. «We really enjoyed our stay at The Mountain Terrace. The property is very nicely designed and very comfortable. Listing is accurate and property is as shown. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need. We had a small issue with a few kitchen outlets and the problem was swiftly resolved (in person!) within an hour. Very well managed property in an excellent location to local ski resorts. Would definitely stay again.»

«The check-in was confusing. Too many steps. I think it was also because it was two separate rooms and it wasn't clear to me the difference between the lock box numbers and room numbers. It was also unclear where the actual rooms were after finding the lockbox. GPS was trying to direct me to Breckenridge, not Copper Mountain.
