Welcome to your Edwards mountain getaway! This spacious multi-level townhome offers a comfortable home base in the Vail Valley, with an inviting open living area, stone fireplace, private deck with gas grill, and access to a community pool and hot tub. After a day of skiing, hiking, biking or exploring the valley, come home to relax by the fireplace, enjoy dinner together, or step onto the deck for some fresh Colorado mountain air.

The main level features a bright, open-concept living room with high ceilings, large windows and beautiful wood floors. The floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace anchors the room, while a large TV and comfortable seating create an inviting space for movie nights or relaxing after a day outdoors.

Just off the living area is the dining space and fully equipped kitchen, allowing everyone to stay connected while meals are being prepared.
Sliding glass doors open onto the large private deck, complete with a gas grill and views across the surrounding mountain community.

Sleeping arrangements

The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests:
Primary Bedroom — 1 King Bed
A spacious retreat with a king bed, TV, large windows and access to a private outdoor deck.
Bedroom 2 — 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 — 1 Queen Bed
Living/Sleeping Area — 1 Queen Pull-Out Sofa

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes to dinner at home. Features include stainless-steel appliances, a gas range, full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, generous counter space and a breakfast bar with additional seating.

Dining & living area

The dining table seats the group for meals, while additional seating is available at the kitchen counter.

Private deck & grill

One of the home`s best features is the large elevated deck directly off the main living and dining area.

Community pool & hot tub

Guests have access to the community recreation area with an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub.
The swimming pool may be seasonal. Pool and hot-tub availability, hours and temporary closures are controlled by the community/HOA and cannot be guaranteed.

Parking

The property offers excellent parking for a mountain townhome:

2 vehicles in the private enclosed garage + 2 vehicles in the driveway = parking for up to 4 vehicles.

Location

Located in Edwards, Colorado, the home provides a convenient base for exploring the Vail Valley. Guests can enjoy easy access to Edwards` restaurants and shops while remaining within convenient driving distance of Arrowhead, Beaver Creek, Avon and Vail.

In winter, spend your days skiing or snowboarding. During warmer months, the valley offers hiking, biking, fishing, rafting, golf and countless opportunities to enjoy Colorado`s mountain scenery.



Guests have private use of the townhome, including all three bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, decks, garage and driveway.

Guests may also use the shared community pool and hot tub during posted operating hours and seasons.

We respect our guests’ privacy and allow you to enjoy the home independently. Our team is available by message throughout your stay should you have any questions, need assistance, or would like local recommendations.

This is a multi-level townhome with stairs, so guests should be comfortable using stairs during their stay.
Colorado mountain weather can change quickly, particularly during winter. Guests should arrive prepared for snow and icy road conditions and use an appropriate winter-capable vehicle when conditions require it.

The pool and hot tub are shared community amenities and may occasionally be unavailable because of weather, seasonal schedules, maintenance or HOA decisions.
