«I would not rent this place if you have a family. He charged extra a week after our stay for additional cleaning. There are blankets covering older, dark colored dated couches. The flooring is not even with a huge dip near the sliding glass doors. When I tried to inquire as to why we were being charged, he was unprofessional and I was taken aback by his responses. We will not stay here again.»

«We stayed for almost two weeks and this stay exceeded all expectations! The space was immaculately clean—truly spotless—and felt like a luxury boutique hotel thanks to the host's thoughtful touches like provided slippers and robes. «Pros: great location especially if you are catching a flight from SFO. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed.Cons: the check in process was not good. The instructions were not clear. We had trouble getting in. Thankfully, the property manager was in the unit and let us in. Communication with the host was challenging. «This was a fantastic place to relax near the beach. It was beautifully decorated and spacious. We enjoyed lounging in the living room, and on the covered porch and the very nice garden.
