This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom first-level apartment sleeps a maximum of 5 guests and is perfect for a relaxing getaway. It offers direct access to the beach, a community pool, and all the comforts of home. With stunning ocean views and modern amenities, this is the ideal space for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a tropical escape. Tropical Haven offers air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas for your comfort.

LIVING SPACES
Step into the spacious living area, designed for comfort and relaxation. The open layout includes a cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day at the beach. A dining table is conveniently located right beside the kitchen, offering a comfortable spot for indoor meals. Glass sliding doors lead out to your private beachfront patio with a charcoal bbq, which features a dining table and outdoor seating area—ideal for enjoying meals al fresco or simply relaxing while taking in the ocean breeze and stunning views.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
This apartment comfortably accommodates up to five guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a full-size bed and a flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom has a twin bed, perfect for children or solo travelers. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning to keep you cool and comfortable. The second bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway, making it ideal for guests in the second and third bedrooms or those in the living room. PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY):
We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.
KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary needs. It includes an oven, microwave, coffee maker (with coffee provided), refrigerator, freezer, and all the cookware, plates, utensils, and essentials needed for an extended stay. You'll find ample counter space and two kitchen stools for additional seating, making it easy to enjoy quick meals or keep the chef company while preparing dinner.
GETTING AROUND & PARKING
The property includes two (2) parking spaces, making it easy to come and go as you please.
A rental car is needed to explore the area and its surroundings, as Ubers and Taxis are limited in the area and should not be relied on.
LOCATION
Tropical Haven is located in Loíza, offering a peaceful, off-the-beaten-path beach experience. It’s about a 30-35 minute drive from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU), making it easily accessible for travelers. Enjoy the cultural richness of the area, with nearby attractions like the Piñones boardwalk, which is just a 10-15 minute drive away, and the lush El Yunque Rainforest, approximately a 30-minute drive from the property. Whether you want to lounge by the pool, explore the beach, or embark on an island adventure, this location offers it all.

STARTER AMENITIES
At West Indies Vacation Rentals, we strive to provide top-notch amenities, ensuring our guests feel at home during their stay.
All properties come with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest.
We provide a set of disposable essentials to help you get your vacation started comfortably. These include:
- 1 set of hotel-size soap and shampoo (per bathroom)
- 3 garbage bags
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom)
- 1 dish soap
- 1 dish sponge
Please note that we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guest’s responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock any additional items needed for the duration of the stay.
Most properties also include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. You may reach out to us 5 days before arrival for confirmation.
HOUSE RULES
RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.
UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 5 adults/children at all times, including visitors.
OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.
TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.
TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.
SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that.
If you’d like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and we’ll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule.
If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival.
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please reach out the day before your departure, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.
TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, not only during the peak months of Hurricane Season (July to October) but also throughout the year to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen issues.
Travel insurance is inexpensive and can reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, coverage will depend on the policy purchased. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase.
