Fully refurbished villa, in popular vacation rental area. Nestled on the pristine shores of Seven Seas Beach, our charming 3-bedroom penthouse villa promises a perfect blend of comfort and luxury for your tropical escape.

Just steps to Seven Seas Beach, the villa is nestled between two seaside national parks and a short distance from the bioluminescent bay kayak village and Icacos Quay water taxi pier. A short drive will take you to El Yunque national rain forest the center of adventure activities such as hiking, horseback riding, zip-lining and more. Several nearby golf courses provide plenty of options for those wishing to spend time on the links.

There are several reefs off the beach, so bring your snorkel gear. The entire beach is protected by an outer barrier reef and so it is safe for swimming with life guards on duty. The complex pool is clean, inviting and relaxing. Children love that pool! All beach equipment is provided (sand chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, cooler).

I'd give it 6 stars if I could! Was amazing and definitely coming back. Easy walk to beach (2 minutes) then pick your spot. So many restaurants and activities available within 5 minutes (some less!) - Hosts communicated quickly and had the check in process down! The Villa was 5 stars - easily!!

This was a really great spot! Right on the corner where the beach meets the edge of town. An easy walk around the bay to a bunch of great brunch places with a couple of good spots for dinner right next door. Ivelisse and Michael were very nice and very communicative. The place itself felt very comfortable and we LOVED the rooftop hang out. We spent a lot of time up there. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing time in PR.

Amazing Villa Off Seven Seas Beach pt.2

We came back to Puerto Rico after a year away and made it a point to stay at Michael and Ivelisse's property for a second year in a row. The spaces are so well maintained and tastefully appointed with the ability to flow between a cozy gathering or spread out in comfort as we recovered from adventures across the island. The villa offers the perfect vacation retreat through each phase of the day with ready access to some of the best beaches, attractions and local restaurants on the East side of the Island. Sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails on the terrace are a must. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Amazing villa!

We had the most wonderful stay at Mike and Ivelisse’s amazing villa! They were the best hosts ever, super attentive with every detail and went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. The location of their villa is perfect for exploring the beautiful beaches across the street, and taking advantage of wonderful local bars and restaurants. The villa was spotless and the views from the outdoor spaces were incredible. We enjoyed the rooftop outdoor living space and ate several group meals there, enjoying the breeze and sunsets. The pool was also amazing! Best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at!

Wonderful Stay in Fajardo!

Beautiful condo right across from the beach. This is probably the most wonderfully appointed VRBO we have ever stayed at. There was even a bag of coffee, sugar and creamer, so we didn't feel like we had to rush to the grocery store until the next day to get ourselves set up. The hosts take great pride in their property and go out of their way to ensure their guests enjoy not only the property but also the area! With the porch and rooftop there is always a place to hang out and enjoy the weather, and you can choose how much sun you want to be in! Many restaurants within a short distance from the condo, and it served as a fantastic launching point for many of our adventures throughout the week!

A Foodie & Adventurer’s Paradise – Stunning Penthouse Apartment!

This penthouse apartment is even more beautiful than the pictures, with an unbeatable location! Right across from Seven Seas Beach, it’s perfect for snorkeling, hiking, and relaxing. Food lovers will love the nearby restaurants, lively music, and a fantastic food truck park. Plus, it’s a short way from the bioluminescent bay and just a quick drive to the marina, where you can book tours to various islands.The rooftop terrace is a dream, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure, and the community pool is a great bonus. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the hosts—they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. From the moment we booked, they made everything seamless, providing detailed recommendations for the best local spots and must-see attractions. Their hospitality made us feel right at home, and their insights helped us experience the best of Fajardo.We’re already planning our return—don’t hesitate to book this gem!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Just home from our great vacation at Palma Vista Villa. The condo is clean, roomy and very comfortable. The top floor deck became our end of day relaxation area. Easy access to Seven Seas Beach and several very good local restaurants. Mike and Ivelisse are fantastic hosts. Great communication before and during our stay and they provided us with numerous recommendations for eating and activities. The house is stocked with great supplies for getting to and from the beach - made it very easy as we had 2 toddlers with us. Would definitely come back!!

Wonderful place to stay!

Excellent communication from the hosts. Address was difficult to enter into my app but got there just fine. Gated apartments. Beautiful place with a large private rooftop terrace with views of ocean and El Yunque. Unfortunately for us, and completely no fault of the hosts, hurricanes Ernesto came through half way into our weeklong stay and left us without power, which also meant no AC or water. The hosts (who are amazing) got the generator going for us which kept the lights, ceiling fans, fridge and microwave working. The terrace had lovely ocean breezes to help keep us cool. The hosts also brought us jugs of water and offered any way they could to help, including offering for us to shower at their home. Power went out about 2:30am early Wednesday morning and was still out when we left. Again, no fault of the hosts, but they did the very best they could considering. Location is great with some very good food within walking distance. Just a walk across the road to be at loads of beachfront. Place had all the amenities including a nice little pool. Everything you need in the kitchen. There was even sunscreen, bug spray, and after-sun available. More towels would be been nice beyond one for each of us, but wouldn’t have been an issue if power hadn’t been out as there is a full washer and dryer. Definitely would recommend this place to stay! And we would stay here again in the future!

Amazing Villa Off Seven Seas Beach

We were fortunate enough to stay at this villa having stayed at another within the Palma Vista property the past two years. The villa is beautifully and comfortably appointed from a modern kitchen to the comfortable living room and relaxing bedrooms. The rooftop leaves you surrounded by stunning views while having space (and the amenities) to stretch out in the sun or relax in the shade near the bar. Within easy walking distance of our favorite strip of beaches on the island and amazing restaurants, it's an easy place to stay and never have to leave the area if you don't want to. We have a new favorite place to stay in Puerto Rico, thank you so much!

Best VRBO ever stayed in

Can't possibly say enough good about Mike & Ivelisse and their property. Walked in, everything smelled clean like bleach, and everything WAS clean, from the floors to the towels. The hosts bent over backwards for us multiple times, including mailing us a bag we left behind, bringing a generator when the power went out, bringing us a spare key when we locked ourselves out, etc. They were honestly the best hosts we've ever encountered. We have stayed in a LOT of VRBO's and its competitors properties. This one was our favorite, in no small part thanks to the cleanliness, the locations and the amazing hosts, who by the end, felt more like our friends, than anything. Can't say enough good about them, truly. If you end up staying here you will NOT regret it, on the contrary, you'll likely feel like we do, that this place was PERFECT, a total jack-pot, and that whatever price you pay for it, you're going to get more than your money's worth.

Exceptional Vacation

The Grimms property is honestly perfect! The property, its amenities and location can not be beat! It’s literally across the street from one of the nicest beach in PR. The furnishings are upscale and comfortable, even providing basic necessities and beach needs. They provide excellent suggestions and are top notch communicators. We are over the moon happy with our vacation and look forward to staying in touch with them both as we WILL be returning. Thank you so much for having us and for the celebration cake you got for our newly graduated (college) daughter. Thank you again.

Family Getaway

The condo was amazing. Hard to say what the best part was. We loved the terrace, the pool, being right across from the beach as well as walking distance to the launch area for the bio bay. Hosts were easily accessible starting with questions about the property right on through the stay even checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly.

Amazing condo

This is the place to stay in Puerto Rico!!!

We couldn't have picked a better home to stay in during our 1st visit to Puerto Rico. Upon arrival we were more than pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, comfort, and location of our Fajardo villa! Michael and Ivelisse were very accommodating with our requests and questions about places to go and restaurants in the area. The villa is located in a gated area and within walking distance to fantastic beaches. There is a bakery on the main street going into Fajardo that is to die for! Make that bakery one of your daily stops, as did we! When we do come back to Puerto Rico, we will definitely make this our 1st choice of where to stay. Thank you Micheal and Ivelisse, you made this part of our vacation such a pleasant experience!

Great family stay

Michael Grimm was one of the kindest and most attentive hosts we’ve had the pleasure of encountering in our many years of renting through VRBO. From his detailed answers to my multitude of questions before booking to his creative and energetic problem-solving of random issues once we arrived, he set a high bar for service. He even went out of his way to assure we had ferry tickets to Vieques, a hard-to-come-by commodity. The same care he put into remodeling his sparkling 3-bedroom vacation rental went into every interaction we had, whether guiding us to a nearby national park nature tour or to favorite snorkeling and dining spots. Our 3-year old grandson made a ton of friends at the property’s communal swimming pool, not to mention at the lively restaurant Costa Mia a block away where locals and visitors enjoyed the music and seafood.
