«My family and I came up for Memorial Day. The communication and check in process was prompt and clear. The unit was clean and comfortable. The location was incredible, and having a garage space was awesome so we didn’t have to deal with finding a parking spot in Newport. For surfing, it’s a laid back lineup and people were friendly. We’d definitely consider staying again.»

«Family of 6 - 4 kids 5 and under and and second family of 4 - 2 kids 3 and 1. The house setup was more than sufficient. Bedrooms were large and comfortable, the kids rooms was perfect. The back “living room/kitchen” had numerous additional sleeping arrangements if needed for teenagers if needed. If we return I’d book again here no questions asked. «I booked this rental based on the pictures and then read the reviews later. I was nervous after reading the reviews bit have to say i was pleasantly surprised. It's clear that the owners listened to the feedback of others. And honestly you are literally steps away from the ocean. It's the best location. We woke up and watched seals and dolphins.
