- `Live like a local” tips: Rent a bike and ride down to Ocean Beach (10-min) to avoid the crowded parking lots. From Ocean Beach there is access via bike trail to Mission Beach, Mission Bay, and Pacific Beach via the Ocean Beach bike path. 2 min walk down to Stump’s Market place for groceries, Cotija’s Cocina for burritos, PL bagels & Christy’s Donuts, for baked fresh daily bagels and donuts (cash only). Cessarina’s is a 5 minute walk up Voltaire for highly regarded Italian (reserve at least a week in advance). ► Home Truths:
- Street parking is generally available during the day, but can be hard to find in the evenings.
- Children welcome BUT note that the house is NOT child-proofed in any way.
- Must climb stairs: 2-story townhouse. There are 4 sets of stairs leading from the parking spot up to the home. One flight of stairs from street parking down to the home.
- Potential for noise: Underneath the flight path of SD international airport departures. The departures are prohibited. between 1130pm and 0630am. The first flight is usually exactly at 0630 am. Depending on the exact departure path, and aircraft type, you can hear the planes with windows shuts. (Not enough to interrupt conversation or wake me personally). With windows open, depending on exact flight path and aircraft type, the noise level is enough to interrupt conversation/require turning the TV up. The home has been refitted with insulation and double paned windows as part of the quieter homes project.

This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow.
**We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. For after these hours we may be available for emergencies only and only then via the booking platform message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible.
HOUSE SPECIFIC RENTAL TERMS & POLICIES:
By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions outlined at the Guest Terms page found by accessing air concierge online and navigating to the Footer where such terms can be found as titled Terms and Conditions Guest Terms - Air Concierge, as well as those denoted below. Should there be a conflict between the booking platform Terms and Conditions, and those listed on the link above or herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect.

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
- Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 10am
- Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside the booking platform.
- The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.
- Host may request a photocopy of the renter`s ID for verification before check-in.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
- This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
- Maintenance/Vendors schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
- Absolutely no parties or loud music.
- This is a NON-SMOKING property.
- NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have their reservation canceled immediately.

Late Checkout Policy
Guests must check out by the designated checkout time specified in the rental agreement. Late checkouts without prior approval will incur fees to cover costs including, but not limited to, waiting times for cleaning crews, canceled or delayed cleaning appointments, hardships on arriving guests (e.g., delayed check-ins or compensation), additional wear and tear on the property, and increased utility usage (e.g., electricity, water, or HVAC). The fees, based on the duration past the checkout time, are as follows:
• Less than 1 hour: 10% of the nightly rate or $100, whichever is greater.
• 1-2 hours: 15% of the nightly rate or $250, whichever is greater.
• More than 2 hours: Full nightly rate.
To avoid fees, guests are encouraged to coordinate with us in advance for late checkout requests. Approved late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as agreed upon. These fees are designed to compensate for disruptions to property turnover and operational costs, and we will provide documentation (e.g., cleaning schedules, guest complaints) upon request to ensure transparency.


Additional Cleaning Policy
Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition, consistent with normal use. Any cleaning required beyond what is considered normal or reasonable, as determined by the property management, will result in an additional cleaning fee of $100 per hour. This fee covers costs such as extended cleaning times or specialized cleaning needs. Examples of excessive cleaning needs include, but are not limited to, excessive trash, stains or spills requiring professional treatment, pet hair in non-pet-friendly units, or other conditions requiring significant labor. We will make every effort to accurately reflect the additional work needed and the time required to complete it, providing documentation (e.g., photos, cleaning logs) upon request to ensure transparency.


Important Fee Disclosure for Long-Term Stays (30+ Days):
Should this property be reserved for 28 days or more, we reserve the right to apply additional monthly fees to cover certain ongoing expenses (eg utilities) not included in the standard nightly rate.
These may include, but are not limited to:
• Gas and electricity
• Water and sewer
• Trash and recycling
• Internet and streaming services
• Other utility or maintenance surcharges applicable to the home which will be known prior to the time of booking
These fees may be assessed as either:
• A flat monthly fee, or
• A fee calculated as up to 5% of the monthly rent.
Such fees may be collected directly through the booking platform or invoiced separately as permitted by the booking platform policy.

San Diego Trip

The house was clean and had all the essentials, which was great! Location is great, close to all major attractions yet located in a quiet neighborhood. Yes, you do hear the planes but the white fan noise cancelles it out. And we loved that we didn't have to drive so far to the airport as we had a late flight and in turn a very early depature flight.

Townhouse is nice

The townhouse is really nice, easy access, upstairs bedroom, bed was comfortable, no tv in bedroom, bathroom right outside, kitchen small but functional, large refrigerator, nice appliances. Living room has the TV with a couch that has two recliners. Lots of books on shelves, all very functional and comfortable. Large bedroom with ensuite bath downstairs as you enter townhouse. Double sink, large bathtub and nice shower. Plenty of room to spread out. Best to park on upper street because as they state in listing, there are stairs getting up to unit from parking area. There are stairs getting down to the unit from street parking as well but much more manageable. Great workout! The town is easy to get to, we walked 2-4 minutes for groceries and morning beverages. Pizza place not far and delicious. Mostly we cooked in the unit but did enjoy getting out a little each day.

Hassle-free stay

Property was clean and provided everything we needed for our stay, including a dedicated parking spot. The renter's manual they provided was clear and had all the info we needed to access the property with pictures. The property management was very quick to respond to our needs, usually messaging us back within minutes. There is a grocery store, shops, and restaurants within walking distance as well. We appreciated that they didn't require excessive cleaning like a lot of properties do, just made sure to leave things where we found them and generally tidy (that's what cleaning fee is for!). Overall great impressions and would stay again!

Great stay for the location!

This trip was wonderful for my sister's 50th bday vacay with fam. The home is nice, cozy, and safe. The stairs were a pain, but at the end of the 4th day it was a breeze. Not ADA compliant as there's no elevator to walkwalk 40 steps up to the 4th floor

Great Neighborhood

This is a quaint condo property perfectly positioned in a family-oriented, safe, quiet, yet bustling neighborhood of Point Loma. It was very clean and well-stocked to suit our needs, and nestled next to a grocery store for easy convenience. Great Thai food within walking distance, also friendly coffee shop and local bakery. The hosts were attentive and wanted to ensure everything was to our liking. We appreciated the dedicated, secure parking spots, as well as the beautiful potted plants that adorned the 60-step climb to the front door. Every day was 'leg day' during our stay - fine for us, though it may not be suitable for folks unable to navigate the intense stairs. Two dedicated spots are afforded at the base of the property, and there is limited street parking above the property with fewer stairs to access the front door. Point Luma is a great alternative to the hotels in downtown San Diego - very close to Sunset Cliffs and Cabrillo National Park, yet still relatively close to old town, Liberty Station, and the must-see San Diego attractions.

Lots of space, very comfortable

You get reserved parking, great location, and lots of space. Please note that you have to climb about 3 flights of stairs to get to the entrance from the garage. Hosts are quick to respond and communicate very well!
