  • Velkommen til familien vår nyrenoverte strand hytte i Nord-Pacific Beach! Våre soverom hytte ligger rett på grensen til Pacific Beach og La Jolla, så du vil være i umiddelbar nærhet til både nattelivet i Pacific Beach og laid back surferen stil av Bird Rock. Det ligger 2 kvartaler fra Tourmaline stranden og i gangavstand fra Law Street, strandpromenaden og Mission strender. Du kan ikke be om en bedre plassering uansett hva det er at du ønsker å gjøre i San Diego Beach-området!

    Vår Beach Hytta har ett soverom og er utstyrt med en king size-seng og trekke ut enkeltseng for en ekstra gjest. Vær oppmerksom på at det sover 3 voksne i senger, men vi tillater 4 gjester på en gang for familier med barn. Vi kan tilby en blåse opp madrassen og / eller barneseng på forespørsel, gratis. Vår hytte er perfekt for en mindre familie, romantisk ferie eller foreldre å besøke barna i en av de nærliggende høgskoler. Den har et fullt utstyrt kjøkken, liten spiseplass, separat stue, off-street / gated parkering og en bortgjemt bakgård retrett. Hvorfor bo på et hotell når du kan ha din egen private plass som ditt hjem borte fra hjemmet?

Cute and cozy San Diego Property

Loved staying here, it was convenient, clean, and functioned perfectly as a hub for our San Diego trip but also as a nice place to hang out and spend some time relaxing

Fantastic house for a couple or a small family

We had a wonderful time staying at this place. It was perfect for us and our daughter. The kitchen was very spacious and had all we could ask for!

The location of this place is excellent, two blocks from the beach and within walking distance of coffee joints, restaurants, a convenience store and other amenities. The neighborhood is tranquil and quiet and I slept soundly and comfortably in the spacious bed. Loved the off street parking space. Lovely outdoor patio felt private. Would stay here again.

Amazing little gem

Found this little gem of a place. Perfect for my family of four. Was close to the beach, and was everything we hoped it would be. I highly recommend this home for your next vacation and we are definitely looking to book again in the future.

Great spot!

Every thing you need for a great stay. Restaurants, bars, grocery stores are all within walking distance. Pacific Beach is an easy walk as well. Highly recommended.

Comfortable accommodations with great location

The rental was clean and comfortable, close to beach, shops and restaurants. We parked our car at the start of our stay and didn't drive again until we left. The private parking area is an extra bonus. There is also a great backyard area for eating and just hanging out.

Private and relaxing

We loved staying at the PB Cottage. It’s a standalone unit with secure parking and a nice back patio space. The inside is perfect for a couple has everything you need for a long or short term stay. Easy walking access to the beach and lots of coffee and eating spots within a 5-10 min walk. Would highly recommend staying at Stephany’s place!

Pacific Beach getaway

Had a very good 3 week stay in this perfect cottage. Location near the beach, restaurants, and other amenities was wonderful, as is the private parking and patio area. Communication with, and responsiveness by the owner Cynthia was an added plus as well. Would stay here again if ever in the Pacific Beach area in the future.

What a gem of a place, cannot say enough about it! Stocked with everything you could possibly need! Even beach chairs, umbrella, etc! Walk to beach, walk to amazing local cafes, grocery store! Very safe area, clean, well appointed!

Perfect Getaway

We have stayed here numerous times, so that alone should speak volumes. We love the proximity to the beach and restaurants. The house has everything you need and the outside space is a bonus. We will be back!!

Comfortable Cottage, Great Location

We enjoyed our one week stay at the cottage. It was as pictured, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent - a short walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. Having a dedicated parking spot was a big plus as street parking is at a premium in the area. Stephany was great to deal with - we had a couple of issues over the weekend and she responded right away.

Fantastic Beach Neighborhood

Wonderful hosts! Stephany was a great communicator and very accommodating. The rental was clean and comfortable with a nice outdoor patio for morning coffee and dinner in the evening. Location couldn't be beat! Delicious tacos and coffee near by, walking distance to the beach. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while in San Diego. Thank you!

Awesome place

The place was perfect! So cute and comfy. Had everything you need to be comfortable. I felt very safe and tucked in. Loved the outdoor space. My own parking. Walking distance to everything I needed. I hope to stay there every time I go to SD. I would give it over 10 stars if I could.

Relaxing Retreat from the Heat

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Great location just a block or so from ocean. As seniors, we didn’t come and go much but spent time enjoying the cool refreshing weather - a reprieve from the Arizona heat. Home is cozy and comfortable for two. Super great large private patio. Enclosed parking was a big plus. Stephany took immediate care of any issues we had. Would love to come again.

7 day getaway to see friends

Great location. The French Gourment bakery & restaurant down the street was amazing. Beach 10min walk. Quiet and safe to walk around the neighborhood. The house parking was tight but worked and it's extremely important as finding a parking spot can be adventurous (seems to be San Diego parking culture).The house had everything we needed for home cooked meals and the backyard was relaxing and well kept up. Inside was comfy, clean and well kept up.

Cute Cottage

We had a very comfortable stay at this cottage tucked behind a house close to the beach. Our car was safely stashed behind the gate in front of the cottage and we felt safe and snug! The cottage is comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We ate out nearly all meals so we did not use the kitchen much but it had what we needed. The patio off the sliding glass doors was beautiful!!! I highly recommend this stay!
