We wanted a property close to UCSD and with a backyard so we could host a small bbq for local family and this property did not disappoint. The location was perfect as described walking distance to beach and restaurants. The house was clean, with large bedrooms and the dining room opened up to a fabulous backyard with bbq, firepit and lots of seating. «The cottage was adorable, cozy, clean and comfortable. We stayed here for a short vacation and like to spend our vacations equal parts adventure and relaxing - the location is ideal for getting downtown and to other destinations like Balboa Park, the Zoo, and lots of great local neighborhood restaurants and bars. But is also quiet and private so it was a great spot for an evening of staying in, watching movies and just chilling. Would definitely recommend.»

«Property was super clean, smelt nice, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Neighborhood is very walkable. Stayed during the week and parking wasn’t an issue. Our dog had a great time.
