«I booked this house for my crew who was in the area, 15 guys who were there for a local store remodeling. The overall feedback was that the house was clean, the views were one of a kind, and that the property was a special place that one would want to settle down or retire at. The cons that some mentioned are that the house could use some upgrades but that it still has a lot of charm and originality and its a newer home so it seemed like it was built that way intentionally. Our three generation family chose this property for its proximity to several celebration venues we were attending, but we were pleased to find the home so inviting. We have often stayed in rental houses, this is a home. Every amenity is provided in a truly beautiful setting. We felt like treasured family members visiting Tuscany.»

«The place was in a perfect location. We were close to everything. The house was clean. The only problem was when the upstairs neighbors checked in with all of their kids at 10pm you could hear them running back and forth through the whole downstairs. Other then that i would absolutely rent this again.»

«This unit has a great location. It’s on the second floor with a view of the ocean from several windows. Lots of good food options within walking distance. The layout worked for our family of 5 (all adults). There’s an open room with the kitchen and dining area included. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are separate from each other. There is gated parking. There is some late night street noise, but it wasn’t too bad. I’d especially recommend the location.»

«We are a group of women who were in Nurses training 55 years ago. We get together yearly now for 5 days or so to reconnect and enjoy each others company. This house was perfect for us as we each had our own bedroom, but there were penalty of areas to gather. House was very clean and well equipped. Great location with amazing sunsets and close to all we wanted to do. 15 minutes from the airport. Joseph was responsive to our needs also. Thanks so much for making this property available to us.»

«We loved our stay here, the house was perfect for our group, which was a mix of parents and teens. All the decks gave everyone a space to hang out and enjoy the views. The beach access was a bit difficult so make plans to pack a bag and walk a block or two if you want to spend time at the beach. All in all we had a great visit and were very pleased with the home!»
