«Small, old, but very nice hotel. Patio seating, lovely lobby, coffee/tea (and I think hot chocolate) in the AM. Room clean, bed reasonably comfortable, power strip on the desk for your rechargeables. Ice available near the patio. Shower narrow, water pressure not great - but quiet area, parking lot, and overall a good experience.»

«Very convenient location to some great local restaurants and coffee shops. Also, it’s a very short walk to the shore and to Bucc’s coffee and Buccaneer Park. The bedrooms are comfortable and each has its own door to the private backyard. The garage access is a plus. This is a great “home away from home”. We will definitely consider this property if we are in the area again. The host was very responsive and accommodating.»

«The guest house was just right for us. We cooked every meal there with no issues. It is located just minutes from the Dr's office we were going to. House is very clean and spacious enough for 3 people to move around. The kitchen had everything we needed for making all our meals. This was our second time staying at this house and will probably stay again. The host was very responsive to our inquires and needs. Would recommend.»

«Our family normally stays in Oceanside but for spring we were trying something new for a short weekend trip. This property was beautiful and very enjoyable for young children. And Oceanside is 20 away so Saturday night we went into town and had a great evening. Highly recommend for nature lovers and young families.»

«Great location. We used buses to get around and found at age 77 a challenge to walk hills up and esp at end of day. We found bus 84 helpful to come up from Rosecrans to Talbot and Catalinata The place was lovely, well equipped and a great space to be in. We ate most of our meals here and worked very well»

Walking to Crown Point Coffee was the perfect start to every morning, and we loved coming home to a quiet neighborhood after spending the day at the beach, boardwalk, or downtown. The location is minutes from everything yet feels like a sanctuary- no airplane noise! Check in and check out were a breeze, and we feel we got a great value for the price. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!»
