We did not receive the code for the door until I reached out to the host on the way to the property. We were told the code but not how to use it (ie code number then the unlock button or the other way around?). Not that this was a major issue. I’m giving 3 stars because the house is not a 5 star house. The floor is cracked and wavy. The towels are worn and there aren’t very many of them. There is not enough kitchen supplies to actually cook here. There aren’t any kitchen towels. The fifth bedroom is only accessible through another bedroom. No place to put your bathroom supplies or your luggage. 5 star rentals have a welcome book, enough paper products, stocked kitchen utensils, even local guide books. There was nothing like that here. There wasn’t even a coffee table in the living room-just two couches. Harley enough for the 6 people we had. It gets 3 stars because it was basically clean (except for the small fruit flys in the master shower) and the beds were comfortable. It was not expensive so i guess you get what you pay for.
