The place had plenty of items we needed for our stay. Only a few minor complaints; there were no lights in the living room that worked so it was very dark, we had a lot of trouble with the tv working, the volume kept going out so we couldn’t watch tv at night. «Studio très bien situé avec toutes les commodités. Un grand plus, le parking couvert pour garer le véhicule. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Le studio dispose de tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Le tram au pied de l’immeuble pour aller sur le centre de Nice mais possibilité de le faire à pied et la promenade des anglais et juste à quelques mètres. Bref je recommande a 100% »

«The apartment was not clear to find. We had to try multiple doors on different floors to find the place. The owner did not reply to my question as to location for about an hour later. We were nervous getting our luggage up 2 floors of straight up stairs in the dim lit hallway. We sat on the bed in the main room and it was hard and lumpy.
