Friendly and loved learning about the history of the area and house. One of our new favorite places to stay in Leakey. It was close to Garner State Park and not far from lost Maples. The owner quickly rectified this but caused a delay in our check-in and left a gross feeling in the house knowing how it was essentially speed cleaned in an hour.2) the pool is pretty bad...old, flaky bottom that was peeling off in multiple places. It was also very cloudy when we arrived.3) The kitchen is one of the worst stocked I've rented...dull knives, disorganized, just bad»
