Roodeplaat Dam Nature Reserve

I stayed in the apartment for 10 days. On the 3rd day I asked my room to be clean and nobody showed up, 4th I went down again none showed up. On the 5th day I had to tell I will report them online before someone came to clean. Since then I didn’t wanted to go and request anything and it’s the 9th day, the day before I leave some show up to clean. One of the sunny day I went to the 6th floor to relax with my girl around 3pm and all the place was dirty, left over food on the counter, on the tables, on the floor even outside by the pool, it was discussing and very disappointed. I decided to go report it to the lady at the reception and she me: “ ah sorry it’s because they have party up the yesterday but there is no cleaner on site today’’ I just went back up take my girl to the apartment. I will never stay in that complex nor advise anyone to stay there. It’s not okay to spend such a money for an apartment and you can not enjoy!!!!

To finish up 3 weeks in Africa, I couldn't have chosen a better hotel. Staff and owner were always around, smiling, helpful, cordial, always asking rather than waiting to be asked, always willing to go above and beyond. I made arpt pick up arrangements with the hotel and Henry ended up being our ride for 3 days. Hes was very accommodating, as are att at Melrose Place.
