This property is close to the Rome airport with shuttles to and from the airport every 15 minutes. It is a haul to get to any of the sites in the old town of Rome and transportation to the old town is tougher to arrange.

I had originally thought that the staff was extra heloful. It turns out that they did not follow through with an issue I had with them accepting a parcel for me from a delivery company. The front desk refused the package a number of times when it arrived for me. I initially spoke what someone who seemed to be very helpful and wanting to help. Then. No response from my emails. A second manager began helping and she was suddenly not available. A third manager said she was going to assist me. It’s now been a day without a response. I expect far more than this from the Hilton. I doubt I will ever see my somewhat valuable parcel again. Mistakes can be made but their assurances to help were empty promises.

The shuttle to and from the airport is a city bus - not a shuttle- and is not equip to handle luggage. The drivers drove too fast in general but especially around corners and luggage would be moving or falling within the bus. You needed to stand with your luggage and then you were bound to lose your balance as a result of the manner in which the driver was driving. Terrible experience.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The carpet in the hall has come apart at each seam. The tv is very limited for English speaking customers. They had six English stations and only 3 worked. All were news channels.

This is a great hotel if you need to get from or to the airport. But that’s the only reason to stay here. Not close to anything and a mediocre dinner with no alcohol costs $63€. That’s just robbery!

Room was clean and comfortable. Dining room had a good selection in the breakfast buffet and we enjoyed the two dinners we ate in the dining room as well. Shuttle was convenient to and from the airport.

Did not seem to be outfitted for American travelers. There were no wash cloths provided, no microwave, no explanation as to how the lights work (you have to insert your room card into a device), very limited tv use selection, and room had all hard surfaces, like a Motel 6.

The Hilton Garden Inn is located on the shuttle bus route, which runs continuously 24 hours daily, so getting to the airport is easy. Our room was pleasant, attractive, and the bathroom was very nice. Our breakfast was good, and our dinner was excellent.

The hotel offers free shuttle to/from the airport. 24 hours a day, every 15 minutes. Do not get scammed by the taxis/ubers or private drivers like we did!!! Lobby bar and restaurant are lively and have great food. We were happy.

We liked the fact that the property was close to the airport and there was a free shuttle every 15 minutes. The staff was very accomodating and stored our luggage while we enjoyed our last day in Rome. The restaurant was very good.

We were Pleasantly surprised that it was impecably clean and that the food was good for an airport hotel. The shuttle service is a winner and the desk staff are efficient and affable. Being able to get a good night sleep in a really comfortable, clean bed was a godsend. Keep up the good work. I would come back any day.

I wished this hotel had provisions for elderly and disabled travelers. We were checked into a room far from the elevator. There were no bellboy services. It was a long walk while dragging two large luggages. THE GARDEN RESTAURANT WAS THE BIGGEST PLUS. The food and service was excellent!
