«Our room was spectacular and clean. Amazing view. But, all appliances were VERY loud. I used the washer/dryer for all the wet clothes and they were so loud that nit even closing the doors helped the noise. The jacuzzi was also very very loud, we opted to turn it off and call it a night. The espresso machine and coffee maker, were both very loud. We did not use it again. Elevators were broken and we were on the 7th floor… not cool going down/up in heels. Not really a kid-friendly place. Over all ...

«Only great things to say! We stayed for part of our trip of our honeymoon, and wish we could have stayed here longer. We had the king bed, with the swim up pool, and it was awesome. «The hotel looks good, and the staff really tried their best. There is a laundry machine, but no detergent pods are provided — they charge $3 for a single pod. It’s an all-inclusive resort, but if you want to order food to your room, they charge an additional 10% service fee on the order, which has never happened to me at any other resort.
