«The resort was great also was the staff,the maid service was excellent. Now unfortunately the bad news, the Italian restaurant was the best of all, Loli was terrible, great service but lously food. Drinks were just OK but being free I guess you can't complain. The buffet restaurant items looked good but lacked flavor. Breakfast buffet was alright and the person making omlettes was good. I'll give a nine on the resort, but only a five on the food.»

«The property is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The beach is amazing with the ability to walk quite far on a shoreline. When you get to the hotel, make sure to make dinner reservation for their evening restaurants because they are amazing. We really liked the Asian and Mediterranean ones. Rooms get cleaned twice a day which is nice. One thing we didn't like was a buffet with small food options and it's the same every day. I wish we were told that we could eat at the restaurants ...

«We enjoyed our stay the hotel was beautiful. The only think they need to work on is their entertainment. Have more things for ppl to do at the pool during the day like games or music. And have better shows and games at night. But on a whole the resort was great »

«Cannot recommend this hotel enough. We reserved a roulette room in La Perla and were given a free upgrade to a lagoon view junior suite in the reserve, along with a thoughtful anniversary display. The staff are all friendly and go out of their way to provide excellent service. I have never seen such happy workers! The resort was lovely and very clean, except for the beach which was full of piles of seaweed. However, this is a common problem with Cancun and we did go somewhat during seaweed ...

«We had a great time at Catalonia Playa Maroma. This was our first all inclusive, so can’t really compare to other resorts. The beach is very nice and I feel it is a great value for the money! Only complaint is we wish the pool was open later. Closed at 8 PM so no night swimming and we also would have liked some conditioner in the shower. Overall, had a great visit and would stay again! Special thanks to Roosevelt and Pierre who went above and beyond to make our stay special!»
