The Apartment was very spacious clean, location was excellent walking distance to many cultural sites and shopping and restaurants.

Veldig pent hotell som ligger godt til. Alt en trenger i nærheten, og ansatte var veldig trivelig og behjelpelig. Kommer garantert tilbake neste gang jeg skal til Madrid

Clean, great location, modern, well equipped! Great AC!! We Loved it. The only observation is that the hot water sometimes ran out too quickly.

The location is excellent, the service was great. If this is all that matter to you then this is a sure five star. But the condition of the apartment we got was not very good. There was a constant and really bad stench in the bathroom and kitchen. Pretty obvious they are not handling the drainage properly. (No visible valves or water locks). The doors were such a poor fit I had to almost break some of them down to get them open. Maybe due to damage from excess humidity. The shower was a joke. The shower head broken and the hinged "door" meant to keep the water in the tub was impossible to place in a way that actually did that. With a minimum of towels it was quite stressful taking a shower. There were also cables coming out of the ceiling, missing a lightbulb (stuffed with paper towels!) and one night we gave up showering after waiting 15 minutes for hot water that never appeared. The washing machine was missing the advertised drying function so we couldn't easily wash the towels either.
