«The private bathroom was so big and so was the rest of the space. The A/C worked great and the room was so comfortable with private amenities. There were many security gates and I felt very safe there. Flavia was so lovely and helpful with the language barrier and setting up taxis. I would stay here if I travel to Rome again.»

«On Expedia we click for hotels with shuttle service. So we decided on this one. Well when we asked about how to get shuttle from airport. They said they didn’t have one. And could set us up with one for 80 Euros each way. So we contacted Expedia about this problem. They said they would look into it. So far nothing back. We asked for refund because listing was misleading about shuttle. So far nothing back Expedia or hotel. Very disappointed in both.»
