«Home located in a fairly nice, peaceful neighborhood. Host allowed us to check in early as we arrived 45 min ahead of schedule. That was very nice! Couches, tv’s, kitchen table/chairs and master bedroom furniture was all in decent condition. Coffee bar and snack tray were awesome! Kitchen cabinets were somewhat sticky making a few of the doors hard to open. Fridge made some awful noises, and dishwasher needs properly installed as it wobbles around. «My friends and I came for the 2024 eclipse. The property was great for us. It was clean, with a large backyard and close to Dallas and Fort Worth. There is a grocery across the street and it is also in walking distance of a restaurant and cafe. The host was quick to respond to my questions. We had a good time and the backyard was perfect for hanging out after a day of events.»

One reason for picking the property was it said it was within 18 minutes of walking to Billy Bob’s, etc. There were little sidewalks and unsafe conditions to do that. It also is advertised to be a quiet neighborhood. It is not. The neighbors played loud music our first night there until after midnight. The second night loud music was played from down the block.
