Just a few blocks from the convention center in central business district of Fort Worth, so super easy to walk and convenient in general. Kimberly was super responsive, though her job with me was pretty uneventful as there wasnt much to report. I left her one FYI message after seeing a family of long hairs on one shower wall and a few similar individual ones in a couple other bathroom locations. I just sent a couple pics to Kimberly to make her aware of a detail that I know she'd want to know about so she could "fix" it if possible. Her response came couple quick mins later. She offered to send someone over to remove the hairs, which I felt was going over and above the call for such a minor issue. Id already removed the hairs because i didn't feel it warranted someone coming out of their way to handle, but i very much appreciated the offer!

We loved the location and felt safe while we were there. It included all the amenities as described. It was just steps away from everything and the area was completely walkable. The only complaint I have, and it’s not even on the apartment, is the parking situation. While we knew it was offsite, we were under the impression there was a daily fee but that was not the case. It was basically 25 every time we left if we parked more than 3 hours. That wasn’t something we expected. But again, nothing to do with the owners. The place was perfect for our needs and made our trip amazing in every way.

This was an excellent place to stay for the Christmas Holidays. Walking distance to so many places in Downtown Fort Worth. The loft was super clean and nicely decorated, I felt like I was home. Communication with the owner was one of the best I've had. Would definitely recommend!

Great location and well-designed loft. Great layout and decoration. Bed is extremely comfortable. Hosts are very responsive. There were a few issues with the cleanliness, such as chunks of grease left on a pan and stored back in the pots and pans cabinet, and hair in drawers, on the walls, and in the shower of the bathroom. I sent pics to the host and the host apologized. Overall, we would stay here again!!

This is a great apartment in the heart of Sundance Square. There are tons of restaurants and shops and venues within a very easy walking distance. The loft had everything we needed and we had a great stay. Check in was easy and our host checked in with us a few times before and during our stay.

Awesome Loft in a Great Location

Perfect in every way
We loved our stay here. Beautifully decorated, perfect location, clean and all the basic needs were available. Kimberly was available for questions very quickly. If you are looking for a perfect place for a stay in Sundance Square this is it!

Classy loft in a great location!
We loved our stay and would definitely book again. Clean, classy space with a killer location. We had a few issues with the door code but our host was very timely in the communication so it was never an issue. We loved every minute!

Excellent experience.
Clean and comfortable.
Well provisioned kitchen.
Comfortable bed and couch.
Nice TV.
Half a block from the square.
Restaurants all around.
Parking nearby.
Communication and info both excellent.

This was an amazing experience from the check in to the check out. Quick response to any communications, friendly, and attentive to our needs. The unit was well appointed, clean, and in a GREAT location. I am definitely be back!!!

Great stay!!
This was such a cute place to stay. Host was more than accommodating and went above and beyond! The location was pretty amazing for our reason of stay and being only a few blocks away from really anything you could need. We loved having a coffee shop right next door and plenty of resturants in walking distance. We had a rental car for a week and parking was a bit confusing at first but we did find a great parking garage less than 2 blocks away (777 Parking garage) that was pretty reasonable.
