«The Good, the Bad and then there is the lack of sleep…
The good included the pleasant and friendly welcome and the service from the hotel's team throughout, plus the comfortable bed, the large TV and good Wi-Fi.
The bad is down to the room that you are allocated; having stayed a couple of times, some rooms are more pleasant than others in terms of décor, comfort, cleanliness and maintenance.

«Good parking, clean room, towels and linen. Tower fan in room was appreciated during the recent heatwave. Lovely cool breeze from the lake from 9pm onwards which was a relief after the heat of the day. Stayed for 2 nights and was pleasantly surprised that the room was refreshed in the morning, including 2 bottles of water, again much appreciated as was the fridge. «My stay at the Leonardo Hotel Hinckley Island was a major disappointment.
The service was non-existent; we waited 30 minutes just to check in due to being severely understaffed. Our room had no air conditioning, and after calling four times and waiting two and a half hours for a requested fan, it finally arrived.
