«The ambiance of the hotel was charming--felt intimate and friendly and had all the amenities. Hotel is just off the plaza so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. We treated ourselves to a king bed room with a fireplace in the separate living room. Upon request a staff member came and started a fire, which was lovely on cool evenings. There is a small bar attached to the hotel with a pizza maker serving up delicious fresh pizza. The rooms were spacious and clean, though bathroom a bit dated.»

Our room was very nice and comfortable, clean, did have problem with the bathroom door, it dragged on the floor due to uneven floor. Staff nice and courteous. We enjoyed our stay. «The staff were very helpful and friendly. The property was beautiful! Soaking in the hot springs and animal therapy with the puppies and silky chickens was blissful! The massages were great however my massage therapist did not know the ingredients of the hair oil she was using. My husband said his massage therapist abruptly left after she said “your time is over”. Kinda made him feel like just a number. Some of the bath towels were torn and dirty.
