Right off the bat the lights over one bed didn’t work, USB charging ports on the nightstand didn’t work, and the door didn’t lock from the outside. Maintenance was able to fix the door quickly, so we were able to avoid switching rooms. We ordered room service for dinner through the QR code in the room. Then we discovered the ice machine was out of order. Called to the desk and asked for ice and water to be sent with our order and was told they don’t give water but we could purchase in the lobby. Asked if we could just get ice then, since the machines were out of order and was told she would “let them know”. Our order arrived to our room over an hour after we ordered, no ice and all three meals were wrong. Missing sides, toppings, condiments, etc, and was barely warm. Fast forward to the next afternoon… we had been out since mid morning sightseeing and came back to the hotel to rest before dinner. We went to the lobby to grab some fresh towels and overheard the staff talking to guests about relocating due to the property being without water. I asked a staff member what was going on and was told a water main had burst overnight and guests were being relocated.
