***Newly Renovated!!*** Located in the serene, quiet North Star Village, is a well-appointed ground level private 2-bedroom retreat on the Northside of St. Thomas. This beautifully furnished accommodation is centrally located away from the hustle and bustle with convenient and easy access to downtown, beaches, restaurants and close proximity to the Airport.

You will find parking for one vehicle while you admire the views of Peterborg and the British Virgin Islands leading to your accommodation. After a long day of travel, kick back and unwind at the tranquil Northstar Escape.

Upon entry, the living room on your right is an inviting, comfortable space to relax and gather together while playing cards or watching your favorite shows on the large 58” Smart TV with access to subscriptions channels and Dish Network.

The dining room on the left is a wonderful space to eat meals prepared in the fully functional, spacious kitchen that features stainless steel appliances and a Crockpot. There is also a Keurig Coffeemaker with an assortment of K-Cups and an electric kettle with a selection of teas for the tea lovers. The layout is perfect for your party to sit on the barstools around the island. This island can also double as a work area.

Off the kitchen is a dedicated space for laundry with a front load washer and dryer, iron and full-sized ironing board.

Beyond the living space, you will be greeted with 2 beautifully furnished bedrooms with king sized beds. Each bedroom has AC, two closets each and a wall mounted Smart TV with access to subscription channels. Both bedrooms share a large spacious bathroom with double vanities.

This accommodation will comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with everything that you would need in your home away from home. WiFi is also provided.

The outdoor patio is the perfect space to unwind and relax after a day well spent at the beach.

Gorgeous views

My wife and I just stayed at NorthStar escape and couldn't be any happier with our stay. The villa is beautifully appointed down to every last detail. The accommodation is spotless and had everything and more then we could have asked for. The location is high up the mountain and offers beautiful views over Magen's bay. There is a parking space located next to the unit which is easy to access for unloading your luggage. Thank you so much for providing a wonderful place for us to spend our vacation.

5 Stars: Simply Breathtaking!

We absolutely loved every aspect of this beautiful property. The views were simply breathtaking and the condo was meticulously appointed and cared for and as beautiful as pictured. The supply of coffee and basic sundries (laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels…and even a Britta water pitcher) were greatly appreciated. The cooler on wheels, beach bags, pool noodles, shopping bags (you have to pay for them at most grocery stores), and captains beach chairs came in handy on all our adventures. Jamila answered every question we had and even provided us top recommendations for beaches to visit, places to eat and things to do. The condo is located high up on the mountain so while it’s a very tranquil setting with all the wonderful sights and sounds of an island, be sure your rental is an SUV so you can easily navigate the incline and twists and sharp turns of the roads, especially on the northern side of the island where this condo is located. We didn’t experience any issues of any kind, other than the typical adjustment to driving on the opposite side of the road. Just remember: Keep Left. We highly recommend this location to get away from the hustle and bustle of the waterfront. The only downside, if there is one, is you have to drive pretty much everywhere but it’s only a 20-25 minute drive to the Red Hook side of the island. This gave us a chance to experience more of the island, which we loved. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Ultimate home away from home

This was my first time in the USVI. I got a little lost, however our host Jamilla responded right away and led us to the destination. Upon arrival it was very easy to access the property and parking was not an issue. When you enter the property it is even more spectacular then the photos. The place was spotless and the smell of freshness greets you. There was items to get you started and everything was well stocked. The host recommended Sibs restaurant for the evening and it did not disappoint. The views from the balcony every morning as I drank my coffee was fabulous. At night you might hear the sounds of the small island frogs(coqui) usually found in Puerto Rico. We went shopping for food, drinks and snacks. The kitchen is fully equip with a keurig,appliances and accessories. All the beaches and bays are 6 to 10 minutes away. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation property with a premier host look no further. This will be my place to stay everytime I am in the island. (We had relatives to stay with, but hey I wanted relaxtion. Thank you to our host.

Highly recommended!

My cousin told me about this place because she stayed there recently. We loved it too. Fantastic place in a nice quiet neighborhood. Super clean and spacious apartment with beautiful views of the ocean from high above. This rental had all the bells and whistles. The beds were amazingly comfortable. There’s a large bathroom, 2 large bedrooms; spacious and immaculate kitchen; washer/dryer; lots of towels including beach towels; luxurious bedding; and good air conditioning and ceiling fans. Short drive to multiple gorgeous beaches. Private parking spot! While youre there, check out Sibs Restaurant and Bar which is yummy and nearby. We traveled as a family of 3 and would recommend this place highly and would definitely return. Also the owner was very responsive and helpful when we reached out during out stay with questions about the area.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The moment we walked in, it was clean, fresh, warm, and inviting. It looks better than the pictures. The view is beautiful from the top of this mountain. The apartment had everything necessary for our four-day stay, including kitchen supplies, toiletries, beach chairs, bags, and umbrellas. The beds are very comfortable. This host, Jamila, was excellent from start to finish, with great communication. She also provided a few recommendations to us when we asked. I would recommend renting a car to get to and from the property. We look forward to visiting and staying there again!

Great condo for a family

We loved starting at Northstar Escape. Jamila was very communicative with us and the house tiles were easy to follow and laid out for us to understand. The condo had everything we needed and more! It was clean and perfect. A wonderful size with king beds and a large living area and bathroom. Beautiful views of the island off the back patio. I am recommending Northstar Escape to all my family and friends!

I felt that the Unit was accurately depicted in the photographs. Very clean and well maintained. It is very nicely updated with newer fixtures and tilework. There are decent views of Magen's bay but would be even better if some of the neighboring vegetation was cut down (not within the owner's control). Extremely close to ziplining adventure (probably walkable). Overall, excellent rental.

Wonderful stay!

The host Jamila was exceptionally thorough, meticulous, and gracious for our first stay in St. Thomas. When we arrived the place was extremely clean and neat. It is a very comfortable place with all modern amenities. The beds were much better for sleeping than at any place we have stayed. The views from the balcony of Hans Lollik and the other islands is breathtaking. Most importantly we could reach Jamila very easily with any questions. She responded so quickly. We would very much like to stay here again on our next visit.

It's a very clean home, yes, feel like the home as you can get everything conveniently stocked at bathroom and kitchen. The beds are super comfortable and the view is great and quiet neighborhood. We did enjoy the time staying there, utilized beach towels and noodles, had a lot fun.

Pick this place! You won't find a more lovely home or more gracious host than Jamila. It's immaculate, well-equipped and very spacious. You won't believe the views from the balcony. Very private but Jamila is only a call away should you need her.

Great apartment and host!

We loved our stay over Christmas at Northstar Escape! The apartment is clean and well maintained, and has every amenity you could need! We enjoyed using the beach chairs, towels, cooler and even the pool noodles! The balcony overlooking Magen’s Bay is perfect for coffee in the morning. We enjoyed our holiday and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to St. Thomas!

Amazing stay

We LOVED this vacation rental. The unit was a true gem. It was nicely decorated with modern furniture, the bed was super comfortable, amazingly clean and equipped with everything you could possible need when away from home. The views was spectacular from each room and the neighborhood is very quiet and tranquil. The host was incredibly informative from providing restaurants for us to visit, updates on any activity at the unit, and being so generous with sharing sugar cane and green bananas from their garden. I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this one tops the list. If your hesitating on booking this rental, don’t hesitate because once others find out about this unit it will be fully booked.
