«Beach view and location were great and front desk lady helping us was really nice. Unfortunately the conditions of the room were very sub par, especially for 350 a night. The room was very outdated. «The staff were super nice and helpful. We had my 7 month old grand baby with us. They were very accommodating. We received hot cookies when we Arrived. The bar and restaurant were closed the day we were there, however there were restaurants close bye. Our room clean and well Decorated. The pool is indoor, clean, and really nice. The fitness center was nice. It had treadmills, a row machine, And even some weights. They do have a Starbucks in the morning. The only downside is they did not have a ...

«The staff were all really great and welcoming. The room was clean. The breakfast had more variety than I was expecting. Checking in and out went smoothly. »

«We had an ocean front balcony room that was very nice. It was in very good condition with a small kitchenette. The bathroom was roomy and nice. Front desk was so friendly and helpful very accommodating. We also went to the Tiki bar and restaurant. The food was very good. Over all we had a wonderful stay.»

«Parking was hectic. We received multiple messages during our stay threatening to tow vehicles that were not in their appropriate space. A car was parked in our assigned space for the entire duration of our stay. Either enforce the parking rules or let guests relax and enjoy their stay within the constant warnings. »

«The room was clean, however there were 3 scent plug-ins in a double room that were absolutely overwhelming. We had to unplug them and open the doors to air out the room before we could settle in. There was also an issue with the shower, the water kept pulsing on an off (ran normally for about 20 seconds, fizzled out and stopped for 5-10 seconds, came back on again with a few seconds of ice cold water before getting hot again). «Overbooked the room we requested since we have kids we needed two beds . Once we got to our room we had to use the pullout sofa that they also failed to provide the bedding for . No WiFi . Didn’t mention the pool was shutdown due to resurfacing which is a long period so it should’ve been noted in the booking . »

Patrick the manager, who should be congratulated on leading such a wonderful hotel with his amazing staff. I have never felt so important with the staff who took care of our party.»
