1. The bathroom towels were just a little softer than 000sandpaper.
2. You could almost see thru the toilet paper.
3. Unfortunately, the same was true for the window.
4. A poor selection of tv channels.
5. Had to walk a block to find an ice machine that worked.
6. No room service.
7. You had to search to find dressing in the Caesar salad I ordered to go.
8. No ice cream on the dessert menu.
9. No refrigerator or microwave.
The staff was very friendly.
The only thing luxurious about this hotel were the charges.
