«There was an AC in the window so the cold air was coming in all night. The noise from the busy main road was very loud. The place in general was very outdated and run down. The couch was ripped with stuffing coming. Carpeting was stained. Walls were dirty. Furniture was broken. The building sits on a nice large piece of property, so there’s potential to be a really great place if torn down and started over. »

«The breakfast was amazing.The front desk staff were amazing, and gave us the extra pillows we requested. The the housekeeping staff was surley and refused to clean our room when asked. The bed was okay not super comfortable but not super uncomfortable either. The worst thing was that they have no water pressure in the shower, like zero.»

«This property is OK- depends on what you're looking for. POOL IS STILL CLOSED AS OF 5/3/26. We've stayed here a couple times because of its proximity to NHMS. Will we stay again? Oh probably. Pros: -Rooms are clean -Beds are comfortable -Close to both Concord and NHMS -Breakfast spread is alright Cons: -No pool currently -Rooms are not even remotely sound-proof. «We will not be staying at this motel again. We chose the accommodations because it was dog friendly, but after paying online we were charged another $35 per night for the dog. Upon check in. When we booked through Expedia and paid it was what we thought was the final cost. First night the TV didn’t.work properly and staff had to come in to reprogram. «We had a wonderful stay at Tru by Hilton Concord! The staff was absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel was very clean, modern, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location was also perfect, with easy access to everything we needed in Concord. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!»
