I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had several issues during my visit.
First, the room itself was not well insulated. There was a noticeable gap between the bottom of the door and the floor, which allowed cold winter air to come into the room. It made the space uncomfortable, especially during this time of year. The shower water was also barely lukewarm and only just tolerable, which was disappointing.
When we booked the room, it stated that there would be a lake view and a fireplace. We did not have a lake view, and there was no fireplace in the room as advertised. That was frustrating, as those amenities were part of the reason we chose this property.
Additionally, if you book through Expedia, be aware that the reservations may not be ready upon arrival. This created confusion during check-in. The man at the front desk was quite rude and not helpful. Thankfully, a woman came down shortly after and assisted us professionally, which we appreciated.
The breakfast area was very small and did not appear clean. Because of that, we chose not to eat there, as we were not comfortable with the condition of the space or the food being served.
If you are simply looking for an inexpensive place to stay and are not concerned about amenities, room comfort, or customer service, this may work for you. However, based on our experience, I would not personally recommend this hotel unless someone is specifically looking for a very budget-friendly option and does not mind a lukewa
