«Overall, the condo was nice. However, the big disappointment is that the shower drain did not drain properly and the shower floor would fill and flood into the bathroom within about 5 minutes in the shower. To me, this is just about as bad as staying somewhere that the toilet doesn’t work in. To stay in a place this nice, the expectation would be that at least those basic necessities work flawlessly. Very disappointing and I’m not so sure that I would stay there again.»

«You can't go wrong with this property on the water. It was very clean. We only used the 2 ensuite bedrooms. These are older condos, but these owners have kept the place up. The outdoor cushions were the only thing that needed replacing. Ken & Suzanne are very helpful and accommodating.»

The decor inside and out is charming, the screened in patio was a great place to relax, loved the outdoor speaker and lights, AC worked very well, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. I was a little anxious about things potentially going wrong in an RV... but everything was perfect. Thanks for having us!»

«The property was exactly as advertised clean and ready for us to move into. Excellent location right on the Llano River with a great beach. Tracie, the property manager, was great she came over as soon as called, when there was an issue, and stayed to make sure everything was satisfactory. Stayed fo 72 days and looking forward to returning next winter.»
