«The mother was helpful when the code to enter the room wasn't working. I tried calling but didn't get an answer so I sent a message on the website and finally received a response 1hr 15mins later but the mother helped us.»

«The hotel was really neat and clean and the front desk staff was helpful and very nice. The only issues we had was the light going out in the bathroom that flickered like a strobe light and the hair dryer sounded rough and then began to smoke before it quit with a loud bang. We just let the front desk know and they said they would check into those things in the room.»

However, the big disappointment is that the shower drain did not drain properly and the shower floor would fill and flood into the bathroom within about 5 minutes in the shower. To me, this is just about as bad as staying somewhere that the toilet doesn’t work in. To stay in a place this nice, the expectation would be that at least those basic necessities work flawlessly. Very disappointing and I’m not so sure that I would stay there again.»
