«Absolutely loved this hotel. Amazing to watch the sunset over the ocean from the fire pits and then the moon rise out of our room window. Then to wake up to the ocean in the morning was so peaceful. Highly recommend this hotel.»

«Parking was horrible...thank god we brought our handicap sticker..if we didnt we would of been parking away from the hotel...every room should have one assigned parking spot..I feel like there were more cars that should of not been there..other then that everything need some up kept maintenance work on the property also.»

«The room had a bunch of garbage, used dog toys, etc under the beds. We stayed in room 117 which literally opens up directly to the front lobby. There was no privacy, it was very loud late into the night and early morning with people going in and out, dogs barking, loud voices, doors shutting. Our entire family and dog didn’t get any rest. The property is well maintained. The pool was nice and the hospital staff were great.»

«We had a horrible experience. We checked into the hotel and dropped off all of our bags in our room then went out to dinner. Upon arriving back from dinner, our keys no longer worked. We went to the front desk and were advised that they had overbooked the hotel and put someone else in our room. They went into our room when we were out to dinner and removed all of our belongings and put them in storage and then gave someone else our room. Bottom line, they screwed up and we had to find another ...

«It was our first time visiting here, we travelled as a family with kids (7 and 11) and our Dog. What a great place to stay! We came here without expectations and we found ourselves already planning our return. Plenty of things to do! Tennis / Pickle ball courts, board games room, Basketball court and a playground (Although this could use some love as they were rusty). Plenty of places to walk your dog and doggy stations with bags in many different places. Rooms are a bit dated, more leaning ...

«Staff was very friendly but the property is old. The bed looked really old which made it look dirty and it wasnt very comfortable. We asked for a pet free room & staff said all their rooms are for pets which is not what was advertised. There was pet hair on beds & floor. It was too late to get refunded. The location is good but we won't stay again.»

«The hot tub was nice and we were usually able to get some file in it alone. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the beach access, that was important to me when we were booking. 1 short flight of stairs onto the beach is about as good as it gets!»

«The location was beautiful. The rooms are a bit remote from the parking. However, they offer free cart service right to your door! We always love being able to sit and watch the ocean. Unfortunately, the room above us kept us awake most of the night.»

«The rooms showed there age but were kept up well. Clean and comfortable enough. A bit tight for those in wheelchairs. But, WOW, what a view. We just wanted to stay in the room and watch the waves! Who needs to shop! We booked through Expedia and did not get the room we ask for. Instead of 'Wheelchair access via an outside corridor' as shown in the listing, we got 17 outside steps. The staff was very helpful in getting us a different room for the wheelchair.»
