«The room had a bunch of garbage, used dog toys, etc under the beds. We stayed in room 117 which literally opens up directly to the front lobby. There was no privacy, it was very loud late into the night and early morning with people going in and out, dogs barking, loud voices, doors shutting. Our entire family and dog didn’t get any rest. The property is well maintained. The pool was nice and the hospital staff were great.»

«This was our first time to Yachats and we didn’t know where to stay. We saw Adobe and liked the reviews. It was simply terrific! At the counter I met Candy, Mary, and Cassie. Interestingly, Cassie told me her dad’s name is also Randy Harris! We had a room on the ocean side and the views are unprecedented. We walked on the paved path behind the hotel and wow! «The room was not clean, the bathroom had hairs from the past. They offered breakfast, but were coffee and waffles. Which by the way the coffee containers were full of dust. Honestly, not staying here again.»

«It was our first time visiting here, we travelled as a family with kids (7 and 11) and our Dog. What a great place to stay! We came here without expectations and we found ourselves already planning our return. Plenty of things to do! Tennis / Pickle ball courts, board games room, Basketball court and a playground (Although this could use some love as they were rusty). Plenty of places to walk your dog and doggy stations with bags in many different places. Rooms are a bit dated, more leaning ...

«The hot tub was nice and we were usually able to get some file in it alone. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the beach access, that was important to me when we were booking. 1 short flight of stairs onto the beach is about as good as it gets!»

«The location was beautiful. The rooms are a bit remote from the parking. However, they offer free cart service right to your door! We always love being able to sit and watch the ocean. Unfortunately, the room above us kept us awake most of the night.»

«The rooms showed there age but were kept up well. Clean and comfortable enough. A bit tight for those in wheelchairs. But, WOW, what a view. We just wanted to stay in the room and watch the waves! Who needs to shop! We booked through Expedia and did not get the room we ask for. Instead of 'Wheelchair access via an outside corridor' as shown in the listing, we got 17 outside steps. The staff was very helpful in getting us a different room for the wheelchair.»
