The rooms and the property was clean and well taken care of. The staff were polite. However, we had the misfortune of having a downstairs room, where the person/people above us were constantly walking/stomping around, moving furniture, dropping heavy items on the floor. I would expect their to be some noise, but this person was an obsessive walker, constantly moving. The first night, they were walking constantly until around 11:30'sh, and then around 5am they began where they left off. The second night, the same thing happened. At around 9:30pm, i called the desk to complain, and they said, "Well technically its not quite 10pm, when we have quiet time". Ughh. again the person walked around until 1130pm. I dont understand this. Me and my mom were just sitting on our beds watching the olympics. Why does this person continually walk around? They sounded very heavy, and i thought the celing was going to cave in at one point. If your going to stay here, try to get an upstairs room, or pray you dont have a maniac above you in their room.
