The room was filthy and bed was broken down. The floors especially around and under the bed, which was visible because the covers didn’t reach below the mattress, looked like they’d never been vacuumed. The box springs material under the bed were torn and falling on the filthy floor. There were huge clumps of what looked like animal fur and dust bunnies. The counters and soap dispenser tops were thick with dust. The drawers were full of food crumbs and dried out cooked rice. I have photos because I’ve never been in such a filthy hotel. My room key cards stopped working every day, so when I returned to the room at night I had to get new card keys. The elevator was not working the entire stay, fortunately since I have bad hips, one recently replaced, they gave me a room on the first floor. The staff were nice which is why I gave the hotel 2 stars.
