«While the room was clean, the two mattresses were appalling, seriously worn, slanted, and very squeaky. The shade was broken and water oozed up from the bathroom floor. The bed was pushed up against the heater and the curtains came down just above… total fire hazard. Even the microwave carousel was broken. The Lobby Computerized assistant that spoke with a very strong accent made my hearing impaired husband go bonkers. Just wow»

«Property is amazing! It's secluded and perfect for a family/group getaway. It is about a half hour from the nearest grocery store so come prepared with all your fixings. The glamping tent was romantic and cozy-the only thing I would say that you might need to be prepared is a small heater. We came when it got down to 55 degrees at night. «Awesome cozy house in Arcata. This was one of our stops from our roadtrip up to Oregon from Los Angeles. After staying in cottages in Carmel and Mendocino it was nice to have the relaxing feeling of a house. Our dog enjoyed the yard a lot for roaming. Hope to return. «This little cottage was adorable and I wish we could have had a little longer stay but we were up and exploring most of the time. Great location for a Redwoods visit. The property was clean, the alpaca was super cute and overall unbothered by our presence. The only thing we found a little tricky was knowing which gate to enter the cottage threw, we were unsure if opening up and walking through the alpaca enclosure was the right way to go so just a little more description in the check in ...
