I know you're going to be "Very disappointed to see this experience described in such a way, as it does not reflect the efforts we made to resolve the matter," however, my experience isn't dictated by your perception.
After waiting about 5 minutes in the lobby alone for someone to help me, we were given keys to an occupied room. After trying to open the door repeatedly, the lights flicked on inside! We returned to the office, where they proceeded to repeatedly attempt to put us in occupied rooms. Eventually, RM 223 was proposed as an upgrade, however, the "upgrade" had us wanting to just cancel the entire booking. The room smelled and the mattress should have been thrown out years ago. After reading about someone else having the same issue in a review and it being an issue to be refunded, we reluctantly followed through with our 1 night stay.
I guess we just expected better by the positive reviews and pictures. 2/3 interactions I had at the front desk were unprofessional at best. Especially after the lady at the front said she was "embarrassed and wanted to go home." It was uncomfortable watching her misgender her coworker... REPEATEDLY and unapologetically.
For ALL of that, they offered a $15 discount for the inconvenience. I never even received it! We would never stay here again, and can't/won't recommend it to others.
